Job Description
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring that excellent service standards are attained and maintained in areas related to the contract - Establish and maintain sound business relationships with all clients to ensure maximum business retention
 - Report on actual business income to Region Head
 - FM Operations on a monthly or on need basis
 - Effectively manage the facility operations assigned to ensure that high standards and operational controls are actually being maintained at all times
 - Visit site on a regular basis and discuss operational problems as well as decide corrective measures
 - Comply strictly and at all times with government regulations
 - Prepare annual business plans and budget proposals for all clients and secure agreements for increases/renegotiations as appropriate
 - Participate in all scheduled meetings. Conduct meetings and lead group
 - Manage reports to clients on actual financial performance against budget to ensure financial objectives are met
 - Manage the entire financial side of the operations and achieve financial targets set for each site
- Maximise services provided by Sodexo for clients within the framework of contractual obligations
 - Appropriately follow up on client meetings and requirements with applicable correspondence, reports and proposals as necessary
- Manage staff effectively through motivation, development, performance management, recruitment
 - Commitment to and promotion of all company procedures and policies
 - Ensure that facilities operations are aligned with Sodexo India goals and vision
 - Have a sound understanding of contracts and ability to interpret and amend as per business requirements
 - Develop new initiatives in all aspects of the business
 - Closely liase with the activity of the Business Development team
 - Notify Region Head in case of any problems or delays in projects
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of all data and information relating to the facility
 - Develop strong working relationships and a professional and ethical attitude with all employees associated with the business
