Looking for manager to lead the team of 4-5 research analysts.
Experience of 7-8 years in Indian stock markets.
Should have tracked one or two sectors for a sell side firm
Deep expertise in recommending stocks and flair of writing
Out of 7-8 years, 3 years should be in managing team of 5-6 research analysts.
Excellent soft skills and client management skills
Should be able to guide, mentor and provide sector in depth analysis
Will be responsible for the content of team and managing quality of deliverables.
Should have build complex financial models and carried valuation by DCF, sum of the parts or relative valuation.
Should be tech savy and should yearn to incorporate technology to reduce time.
Qualifications: MBA, CA or graduate with passion to track Indian markets.
Knowledge of databases like Ace Equity and Insights will be added advantage.
