Maintenance Technician-Tools and garage equipment

Job Specifications:

Need to have minimum 4-5 years Maintenance Technician into Tools & Garage Equipment from home country

Candidate must hold ITI/Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile

Should have good communication skills

Should in depth knowledge of with Garage Equipment and machineries.

Should have good in diagnosing and troubleshooting.

Job Description:

Dealing with customer calls such as inquiry and complaint

Installing, maintaining & servicing garage equipment (lifts, wheel balancers, wheel alignments, oil distribution, etc.)

Provides product, service, or equipment technical information by answering questions and requests.

Establishes services accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing Service call schedule.

Prepares service reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing service information

Maintains professional and technical knowledge.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
