Maintenance Technician

Job Specifications:

Need to have minimum 3 - 5 years of related experience in manufacturing environment

Must be high school Diploma, Technical Certification, GED, or equivalent combination of education

Should have good communication skills.

Should have good knowledge hydraulic, electrical  drawings and mechanical systems

Job Description:

 Investigate the right diagnosis and eliminating failures of machines

Contribute to preventive policies that failures of machines and technical equipment be limited to the minimum

 Responsible for carrying out preventive maintenance and testing of machines and other electrical devises according amaintenance plan which is provided by the company

Calibrate measuring tools according the maintenance plan

Responsible to follow all procedures and policies with regard to repairs and maintenance of the machines

Responsible to complete assigned tasks and projects in a highly effective, efficient, and safe way

 Intensively use of heavy overhead gantry- and wall mounted cranes

Recording of operational data

Works in conjunction with the production manager to keep equipment operating at a high level of efficiency

Proper use of the available machines, tools and measurement equipment

 Responsible to keep your work area neat, clean and orderly
