About Company : is to provide credit to middle income households to acquire new housing or to extend and improve their current housing. The Company provides home loans up to a maximum of 20 lakhs to low and middle income urban borrowers for a period of up to 20 years. These loans can be used by borrowers for purchase of apartments, construction of homes, home improvements and home extensions.

Location : Nagpur (35 Openings)

Experience :  3 months preferred

Salary : 1.2 Lac (annually)

Qualification: 12th pass mandatory

Working Days : 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM ( Day Shift ) | Male Only, Off Days:SUN

Incentives Structure

Can earn upto 4k. If an employee performs very good in a quarter, they will be given a free trip abroad like to Dubai, etc.

 

 

Job Description:

 Generate Home Loan leads from open market and through different channels.

Develop and maintain relationship with clients for repeat business and referral/s

Implement and develop sales activities to achieve target.

Arrange loan events.

Handle product queries and service issues.

Meeting clients, verify documents, process file, co-ordinate for sanction / disbursement of loan, personalized service to clients
