Lead Full Stack Developer

RESPONSIBILITY:

•
Architect,
design, develop and maintain Netplay’s Tech-Stack

•
Collaborate
with the App developers and QA team

•
Implement
server-side logic that meets the requirements of the App Engineering Team

•
Design
and implement data storage solutions; sync engines that connect app data with
remote backend database at scale

•
Design
and implement front-end web components to be delivered in a web environment or
a hybrid app environment

•
Optimise
the application for maximum speed and scalability

•
Build
analytics and data mining tools

•
Implement
Continuous Integration

•
Build
reusable code and libraries based on open standards .

EXPERTISE:

•
Hands-on
experience coding for modern tech stacks using Python, Ruby on Rails, Postgres,
MongoDB or equivalent technologies

•
Ability
to write awesome code + algorithms

•
Working
knowledge of AWS hosting and related server side technologies

•
Hands-on
experience using front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3

•
Experience
creating database schemas that represent and support business processes; data
migration, transformation, and scripting

•
Excellent
problem solving skills to debug performance and scaling bottlenecks

•
Exhibit
passion and curiosity to stay on top of the various open source tech stacks.
Contribution to open source a big plus

•
Expert
knowledge of software development tools for code versioning (GIT or
equivalent), CI, automated unit testing, etc
