Lathe Machine Worker

We are seeking a skilled Lathe Machine Worker to join our team at Ambica Enterprises. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 5 years of experience in operating lathe machines and working with various metals and materials. The candidate should be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of producing high-quality work to meet company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate lathe machines to perform precise machining operations, including turning, threading, and drilling.
• Set up machines, adjust settings, and perform test runs to ensure accuracy.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain high-quality production.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure adherence to specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning and lubrication.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following safety protocols and company procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Keep accurate records of work performed, including machine settings and material usage.

Requirements:

• 1 to 5 years of experience as a Lathe Machine Worker or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with lathe machine operations, tools, and techniques.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Knowledge of safety standards and procedures in a machining environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours or overtime if required.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with CNC machines is a plus.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machine issues.
