Job Title / Designation:Landscape Architect

Job Description:

· Detailed design preparation of landscaping

· Preparation of landscape concept plan and proposals

· Ensuring the implementation of landscaping activities

· Inclusion of appropriate & suitable tools and software’s for the project preparation

· Ensure timely deliverable, quality outputs, and team coordination

Key Functions & Roles of the Candidate:

· Ability to conceptualize and develop innovative design ideas and solutions in a team environment.

· Ability to follow the design progress through design development and documentation.

· Handle projects individually (and part of team) from concept design, schematic design, design development, and budget/ schedule to project completion.

· Excellent Presentation skills. Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, sketch up, Photoshop and PowerPoint is necessary.

· Effective communication skills

Specific Skill Set:Should be conversant in landscape design projects.

Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required:0-3 years (for candidate with landscape degree), 2-4 years in a landscape firm (for candidate with architecture degree)

Note: Landscape design experience compulsory. Others need not apply.

Annual CTC:20,000 to 30,000 per month.

Location(s) of Job: Jayanagar, Bangalore.

Minimum Education Requirements: Minimum Bachelor of Architecture is mandatory.
