5. Focus on increasing the sales and supervise the sales process by follow up orders, deliveries & product merchandising.
6. Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
7. Implement the agreed leaflet and promotion calendar perfectly.
8. Insure the efficiency of the sales and marketing spending in customers stores.
9. Submit all needed documents for the promotional activities claim documentary session.
10. Coordination with accounting department for the monthly , quarterly , and yearly customers discount and credit notes to insure accurate and timely statement of accounts matching
11. Responsible for collection of receivables.
12. Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
13. Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
