Ø Collection of tender inquiries and documents for the pre-tender works.
Ø Preparation and submission of tenders/ quotations.
Ø Collection of quotations for various subcontracted items for the bidding of the new tenders.
Ø Verification of quantities and variations for the bidding of new projects and post tendering.
Ø Submission of all tenders on time, collection of all post tender information.
Ø Management of all the documentations of estimating department.
Ø Coordination with Clients and Consultants for new Contracts, as well as monitoring the work in progress.
Ø Submission of pre-qualification documents.
Ø Considerations & Implementation of Quality, Safety & Environmental requirements in estimation department and consider the same for tenders.
Ø Salary and conditions according to experience.
Candidate qualification as B.E/B.tech in civil engineering or specialized diploma in Interior fit-out and joinery package, please make sure the estimator knew and better knowledge about the all kind of interior fit-out packages (i.e. fit-out works to all kind of offices, retail shops, restaurant, shopping malls, shop fittings, schools, hospitality, resorts, club house, villas etc.) including all MEP related works and joinery works like joinery and furniture, upholstery, painting, etc.. The candidate must familiar with tender submission in connection with RFI, RFQ, study the full scope of works, specifications, contract terms and conditions, and should able to submit complied tender bit on his own, and also candidate must have good knowledge about CCS estimation software package. Also candidate must prepare the BOQ based the client issued drawings & information, pursue the time management and better communication skills to dealt with clients and vendors. Knowledge of FIDIC for the purpose of documentation and discrepancy for various contractual claims . Estimator will be able to produce fully analytical Tenders using CCS computer estimating package.
