business conferences in Europe and MENA. The company has its Indian
office in Noida, Sector-132.
The company is growing its potential market and is looking for young and
dynamic professionals with Excellent Comm skills (English).
Job Description:
Research Associate/ Sr. Associate/ TL:
-
Conduct lead generation activities such as customer profiling, database
creation (Internet research and telephonic research - mini 70-80 calls
per day)
- Research to expand
the database with contacts senior executives and other executives who
are potential attendees for the events
-
Build strong, profitable business relationships and ensure sales
targets achievement - Develop, manage and sustain sales pipelines.
Delegate sales Associate/ Sr. Associate/ TL:
-The aptitude and desire to make 90 - 100 calls daily, a large portion of which will be cold calls.
-Ability to generate your own qualified leads through internet &
Phone research, the reading of industry trade journals, networking and
referrals.
-To actively prospect new clients to inform, inspire, persuade and give the benefits to attend our conferences.
-Generating new leads through intelligent & in-depth research
-To meet and exceed set event targets and monthly targets.
-Experience in or the desire to grow and to eventually manage a team of three to four sales executives
-Build strong, profitable business relationships and ensure sales
targets achievement - Develop, manage and sustain sales pipelines
