Inside Sales Representative's job entails identifying relevant prospects, contacting them through telephone and persuading them to be a part of our elite projects (Conference/Training/Webinar). The daily activities include internet and telephonic research to generate leads, presenting and describing the benefits of our events to the prospects and timely follow-ups to ensure their participation.
Responsibilities:
· Identifying qualified prospects through research and effectively presenting the key features and advantages of our projects to secure their participation
·Maintaining proper follow-up procedures under minimal supervision
·Aiming to attain pre-determined targets
·Developing and maintaining lead database
·Updating client details in the customer relationship management system
