Java,J2EE Developer (6+yrs)

1) The core need is infrastructure/networking skills
2) Server management activities of dev cut, tagging, build, deployment, log analysis, debugging log files using comments, promote to various environments like ST, IT and production etc
3) Server management/Continuous Integration and shell scripting. (Continuous Integration using tools like Jenkins/Hudson would be added advantage).
4) Understands deployment process on any application server.
5) Knowledge of AWS is preferred.
6) Understands how networking works e.g. firewall, server-setup etc
7) Core Java
8) Understands Core Servlets and Java
9) Understands at least one GUI framework like Struts, JSF etc
10) Knowledge on Agile is an added advantage
