Job Description :

· Well versed with complete recruitment life cycle which includes sourcing, screening, interview co-ordination and follow-ups.

· Responsible for Volume hiring, bulk hiring.

· Client Servicing.

· Candidate pipeline development, both active and passive.

· The role includes direct sourcing, initial screening and shortlisting candidates according tojob specifications.

· Should have good experience in Bulk Hiring.

Required Skills:

· Excellent verbal communication.

· Having good communication, proven presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

· Should be organized, self - driven, energetic and resilient.
