Must have Skills : Network Applications Good to Have Skills : Job Description Additional Comments : Voice Collaboration Architect - The candidate will be a key member of the Accenture Operations (AO) Network Services (NS) Network Delivery Architecture team , reporting into the Voice Global Architecture Lead , and will contribute to the Voice Architecture Standards for Accenture and the business units. Key aspects of the role include: Participate in software release management and application testing. Contribute to the development of the Voice technology standards , strategy and roadmap Act as a 'Subject Matter Expert' for all Voice applications and dependant initiatives. Develop own detailed design and configuration documentation. Socialize standards and provide training to impacted teams. Resolve manage detailed technical operational issues that have been escalated to the team including after - hours support on a rotational basis.
