Job Responsibilities: • Assist Customers to resolve their queries, appropriately raise service requests and drive customer satisfaction • To deliver service & resolution experience to all the customers • Successfully resolve customer queries through CRM & Knowledge Base • Document in detail all interactions with customers • Effectively articulate information to customers • Educate customers on products.
