Interior Design Faculty

Interior Design faculty is expected:

To have an advanced knowledge of construction drawings, architectural details, colors, materials, finish selections and specifications
Must possess extensive architectural expertise.
Professional attitude, pleasing personality, extensive knowledge of interior design
Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3DS Max, Revit Architecture, Photoshop, Sketchup and other relevant softwares

Visual Merchandising Faculty

Visual Merchandising faculty is expected:

To have retail experience and/or Visual Merchandising formal training for this position.
A thorough understanding of marketing principles and retail merchandising fundamentals.
Excellent organizational skills, as well as planning, project management, and time management expertise.
To be able to instruct students both verbally and in written with great attention to detail is essential.
A degree/diploma in Visual Merchandising/Retail Design/ Display Design.
Proficiency in Auto CAD, Photoshop, Corel Draw, Sketch up or other relevant softwares.
A good sense of design, color and style.
Creativity and imagination.
A high level of attention to detail.
The ability to work to deadlines.
To conceptualise, design and execute window displays for brands as live projects taken up for students experiential learning.

Job Responsibilities:
A good understanding of design, details, materials. An awareness of design trends, processes and opportunities, as well as excellent current products, material and trend knowledge.
Responsible for curriculum preparation, course covering, conduct academic evaluation, planning in-class team activities, accompanying students for site visits, preparing examinations.
