Dheya career Mentors a leading company in career planning & Development is hiring an inbound sales manager. Inbound sales Manager is mix profile of sales and recruitment.
Roles & Responsibility:
Handle all incoming email/ Phone inquiry
Making the call to email based inquiry and informing about Dheya Career Development Facilitators Program.
Explain the process to become freelance Career Development Facilitators with us.
Completing the process of Empanelment / recruitment by assessment of the candidate.
Convert the lead into business on monthly target basis.
Ideal Candidate:
A Mature candidate to handle the inquiry as most of the lead coming is in the age bracket of 35-50 and senior level professional from industry.
Excellent communication skill (You will be dealing with all Metro city)
Email Writing and replying skill.
Strong Pitching Convincing skill

Salary Range 15k-25K + Incentive 40% of the salary
Qualification: Any One
1.BBA/MBA Marketing or Human Resource with 25 Year of Minimum Age with Prior Sales or Recruitment Experience required.
2.Graduate or Post Graduate with 25 Year of Minimum Age with Prior Sales or Recruitment Experience required.
3. Excellent Freshers
