Job Description
About the job The Inside Sales Executive would be responsible making enhanced outbound calls on leads provided by the company and following a diligent process towards converting leads to paying customers. The successful candidate will be expected to have an intimate knowledge of the process that makes Inside Sales efficient and effective. The candidate will be result oriented and will be required to to create opportunities for successful closure over the phone. Process oriented Results / numbers focused Preferred – experience of selling to international consumers in the Middle East or Africa or South East Asia
Compensation would be a mix of fixed salary plus above par performance based variable pay.
Desired Skills & Experience
Qualifications Graduation preferred but not essential. Minimum of 1 year of experience in Inside Sales The proven success of meeting targets in current / previous assignments
