Tasks and goals:
Initial study:
- SWOT analysis: Understanding the market (geography, industries, competitors, etc.), the
potential opportunities and making plan of actions accordingly
• KYP (Know Your Products): Understanding products’ technicality, specifications and their
applications
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
Researching, identifying, creating and maintaining Key Players contacts of the domestic and
international market area and generating their interests through promotional mailers, SMS, cold
calls, etc.
Action moves:
Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and
emails
Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and
closure
Developing proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives
Team up and build a powerful dealer sales pipeline and develop opportunities
Other tasks:
Sales Reports generation through CRM, tracking and assessing the team’s progress and giving
feedback to management
Maintaining accurate records of all international pricings, sales and activity reports
Coordinate all sales efforts with our subsidiaries and agents. Also work closely with the Project,
and Marketing teams to ensure customer requirements are met on a timely basis
