Urgently required for Inbound Sales– Travel operations for a KPO located at Gurgaon as per the JD below:
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
· Inbound calling process.
· CS & Sales Calls from UK/ US customers.
· Selling Air, Hotel, Reservation and Vacation Packages to customers.
· Handling Post Booking queries like seat assignment / baggage inquiries/ date change / cancellations.
· First Call Resolution.
· To provide timely and effective resolutions to customer queries.
· Provide customer service with the human interface and empathy.
· Also to identify and understand customer need.
Desired Skills & Experience
· Experience of international voice process of an international Travel BPO.
· Knowledge of world map & geography will be preferred.
· Have prior experience in UK/US Travel Sales.
· Have passion for Sales & high on Energy level.
· Be enthusiastic & have zeal to perform.
· Be flexible to work in 24*7*365 days working environment.
· Can join ASAP.
· Education qualification: Graduate in any discipline/Under graduates/Dropout.
· Excellent Communication skills.
