Summary overview of responsibilities The successful candidate will manage the implementation team having business analysts and QA s to deliver Light Ticketing implementation. The role includes in addition to hands on implementation supervision and people management in charge of coordination and relationship management with products team RDM and airline customers. Regular activities of LT implementation analyst are varied Technical support XML XSLT Test Scripts etc. Functional support first level support for interfaces integration Requirements Analysis Interacting with Customers Project Activity Project planning Monitoring and Control Coordination and Resource Management Methodology and Capitalization Major responsibilities The Implementation Manager will be responsible for Technical and Functional support Guide the team and support on complex issues implementations Back up the team member during peak period vacation. Analyse the integration requirements for the customer s and provide Amadeus interfacing solutions Review and validate the requirements of the customer Maintain necessary documentation Provide first level of functional and technical support for interface solutions. Provide support during customer integration and acceptance tests. Project Activity Track the status of all projects Follow up on the progress and achievement of LT implementation Organize and chair necessary workshops with the customer Liaise with all Amadeus involved teams Prioritise the tasks Management responsibilities Assist guide and motivate team members in their assigned functions. Good communication and stakeholder management internal and external Own and manage the overall delivery plans for projects. Fix and follow up objectives for individuals in line with organizational goals. Ensure administrative Human Resources tasks Relay organizational information to team members. Report on team activities. Conduct annual appraisal interviews. Identify training needs in order to increase the efficiency of team activity. Contribute participate in preparation of budget for department and follow up Ensure that team is contributing to capitalisation activities.
