Candidates needs to do troubleshoot on computer, laptops and other devices
like printer router and apple devices etc. Candidates needs to understand the issues
of the customer and give a resolution to the problems and convince the customer to pay
to fix up the issues of the computer, laptops and other devices.
Candidate criteria:
Candidate need to be experience in Tech Support outbound or inbound.
Candidate need to know how to close their own calls.
Candidate need to be flexible for 10 hrs shift with 6 working day.
Candidate should be fluent in English
