IBMS Technical Lead

Job Title / Designation: IBMS Technical Lead          

Job Description:

·         Maintenance of PLCs and modification of the Program and SCADA

·         Maintenance and Operating BMS (Building Management System) make Siemens, Software - DESIGO INSIGHT, Version-4.1, including HVAC (Heating Ventilation & Air conditioning System), VFD (Variable frequency drives).

·         Hand held experience in the different type of control panels like: Siemens DDC (Direct Digital Control) panels, Danfoss-VFD, Flowcon- Actuators, Fire dampers

·         Monitoring & controlling of Temperature / Relative humidity/ Static pressure in the critical DATA center through BMS SCADA.

·         Monitoring & escalation of critical alarms based on priority.

·         Maintenance & Operating of Access control System (Siemens Software-Europlex version-4) 

·         Maintenance and Operation of Fire Alarm system (Make –Siemens, XLS panel) Heat, Smoke detectors Gas suppression system-FM 200.

·         Maintenance and Operation of CCTV System make-BOSCH IP based doom, & PTZ camera.

·         Maintenance and Operation of PA system Make-Bosch.

·         Maintenance and Operating of VESDA System (Very Early Smoke Detection & Aspirator),

·         Maintenance & Operating of Water leak detection system (make-Europlex).

·         Maintenance &Operating of Rodent reflectors system.                                                                               

·         Reducing breakdowns by preventive maintenance.

·         Preparing of reports daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

·         Planning & preparing the maintenance schedule.

·         Take care of all vender’s activities.

·         Maintaining technical Documents and history card.

Mandatory Skills Set:    

·         Experience in PLC, BMS and Instrumentation

·         Excellent communication skills.

·         Excellent team leader and motivation capabilities.

·         Multi-tasking and work under pressure.

·         Skilled such as computer literate such as Microsoft office, IT and telephone troubleshooting and electronics component troubleshooting.

Key Functions & Roles of the Candidate:

·         Should be responsibility for the Team activities and Shift Management.

·         Should maintain the Alarm and Root cause records.

Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required: Minimum 6years in the field of Industrial Automation and control. Should have Experience in Instrumentation maintenance of process plants and facilities or Automation Systems Experience the ideal candidate should have worked on Industrial PLC Building management system, fire alarm system, PA system and CCTV system. Should be conversant of EHSS compliances, procedures and drive safe work environment. The Candidate shall demonstrate high written and oral communication skills.

Annual CTC: Negotiable

Minimum Education Requirements: B.E   in Instrumentation/Electrical/Electronics
