HVAC Engineer

This Position is for Sr HVAC Engineer at Trade Air Engineering Ltd.
The candidate should have a minimum of 8 years experience as a HVAC Project Engineer with good command over English. The job role requirements are as follows
1) Should have knowledge of Basic HVAC Designs.
2) Should be able to prepare BOQ for Project.
3) Prepare Work Programmes, submittals, method statements.plan & execute the project accordingly.
4) Extensive knowledge of Chilled Water Systems.Knowledge of VRF,Dx, VRV, Package systems would be an added advantage.
5) Co-ordinate with client, consultant for approvals, site co-ordination.
6) Monitor daily project progress. Report to client & consultant.
7) Carry out Testing & Commissioning of the Project.
8) Prepare O&M Manuals.Hand Over the Project to the client successfully.
9) Candidate must have a knowledge of different type of Chillers, VAV System, Pumps etc
Must hold a valid 4-wheeler Driving License.
