Human Resources Executive

We are looking for Human Resource Executive for our company Tirox Steel S.P.A. ( https://tiroxsteel.com ) HR executives must educate, train, monitor, problem-solve, and guarantee that all employees, managers, and executives obey firm HR policies.

Responsibilities:
Supervise all new employee hiring and training procedures.
Employees should be educated about corporate policies on a regular basis (including sexual harassment, appropriate dress, and social media permissions, etc.) and keep the staff handbook up to date
Benefits, health insurance, and retirement plans, among other things, are administered or changed.
Manage and supervise other HR employees, ensuring that they are assigned to and complete appropriate responsibilities.
