Job Description:

 

Truckhall looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources (HR) Generalist with expertise in Talent Acquisition to implement a variety of human resource programs. The HR department will depend on your assistance in a number of important functions such as staffing, compensation and benefits, training and development.

Key Responsibilities:

 

·         Talent acquisition and recruitment processes.

·         Design and implement overall recruiting strategy

·         Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives

·         Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc

·         Screen candidates resumes and job applications

·         Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule

·         Promote company’s reputation as “prefferred place to work”

·         Conducting employee onboarding and help plan training & development

·         Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems.

·         Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics

·         Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.

 

Requirements:

 

·         Proven experience of 2-3 years minimum 2 years in Talent Acquisition.

·         Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures

·         Graduate/MBA in relevant field

·         Good knowledge of employment/labor laws

·         Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus

·         Excellent communication and people skills

·         Aptitude in problem-solving

·         Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach

 

Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required: 2-3 years  

 

Annual CTC: 2-3 lakhs

 

Location(s) of Job: Kolkata

 

Minimum Education Requirements:  Any Graduate
