Shift Timings: Day Shift
Job Description:
Recruitment (ITES/ IT/Non IT)
Sourcing the resumes through Job portals, references, databases as per Requirement
Conducting preliminary interviews
Lionising./Requirement gathering with the client
CV screening / short listing.
Cold Calling.
coordinating & scheduling of interviews.
Explaining the job profile to the potential candidates / resources.
Resolving queries from potential candidates / resources in regards to subjected requirement.
