Understanding the client’s business requirements and staffing objectives. Identifying suitable candidates that match the client requirements. Communicating with candidates and shortlisting them. Sending the shortlisting candidates to the client and scheduling the interview. Taking feedback from the clients on the candidates interviewed. Following up to ensure client satisfaction and closure of position. Following up with candidates to provide documents for verification by clients. Following up with candidates on the date of joining. Preparing daily status reports and clientwise reports. Skill Requirements: Analytical and experienced in using online job portal (e.g.Naukri, Monster, Shine,Times Jobs) and networking sites (e.g.Linkedin,Facebook,Twitter). Strong in Headhunting and internal referrals. Strong communication skills (both written and oral). Target focused. Willing to work independently as well as in a team environment as and when required.
