sourcing screening validating· Understanding the requirement and Preparing a sourcing plan for different requirements
(Both IT & Non.IT Clients).
· Work closely with Hiring Managers to maximize effectiveness of recruiting process.
· Have experience in junior-level, mid-level, senior-level positions and also internal
requirements.
· Sourcing profiles through various sources like database, referral and by online
recruitment services like
– Timesjob.com, Monster.com, LinkedIn, Shine and Naukri.
· Preparing/ Maintaining Spread Sheets of the candidates based on their experience and
skills for easy data mining.
· Responsible for discussing the job profile with the candidates.
· Responsible for scheduling interviews, Sourcing, Short listing/ Screening the suitable
candidates as per the requirement.
· Gathering feedback for the profiles sent to the Client.
· Scheduling Interviews.
· Follow up with candidates till Joining.
· Timely follow-up with the candidates- From selection until they join the organization by
helping them with the formalities.
· Maintaining good relationship with Candidates and follow up with them for any other
references
