Job Description
1. We need Recruiters working for our zirakpur office or can work from home for sourcing suitable candidates as per requirements.
2. Understanding job profiles shared by us
3. Minimum 5-6 hours dedicated time per day.
4. Strong knowledge in MS office
5. Researching on assignment
6. Calling prospective candidates for a job opportunity
7. Candidate management throughout the recruitment lifecycle
8. Excellent sourcing techniques through Job boards, headhunting and social networking sites like LinkedIn and so on
9. Ability to handle multiple positions /multiple industries with applying different strategies to close different positions.
10. Excellent communication.
