Handling the entire recruitment life cycle from sourcing, screening , hiring, offer out till post offer follow-up.
Continuous interaction with the managers on a regular basis to fill the vacant positions.
Sourcing of entry ,middle and senior level profiles (hiring both entry and support level resources)
Sourcing of resources through channels like job portal and employee referral.
To negotiate the salary with the selected candidates and forward the negotiated salary details for relevant approvals to release offers timely.
To do reference check for all shortlisted candidates.
Should be task- oriented & target achiever in time limit
Should have good communication skills and inter-personal skills
