Job purpose: The work stream requires performing the HR transaction processing in PeopleSoft pertaining to employee data Management and updation from Hire to Termination. Including the onboarding of the employee and Contract letter creation. Reporting lines and interactions: Functionally reports to: Pyramid Lead under SSO HRSS Head Key interactions (internally, externally): IM Team, other Group entities accounting teams, Payroll Team Main accountabilities: Processing and Quality checking Process reporting and training Queue Allocation & Management Update SOP and other process documents Ensuring compliance of all internal policies Process improvement Providing timely updates to Manager and onshore counterparts Preparation of various letters and tool updates pertaining to employee life cycle System Administration for exit and Leave Management Define & drive robust SLAs and working closely with HR and business leadership. Create Monthly / Quarterly Analysis and reports for senior business HR leadership Managing Support & Compliance - Governance, Risk Policies, Procedures and Compliance Policies Additional information: Knowledge, Skills & Attributes A Bachelor degree is required or Masters degree in an HR or Business related field preferred. Prior experience in HR Operations with SAP application knowledge (Must) Good communication, analytical and management skills Effective/Accurate and timely reporting skills Good command on MS Office applications (MS-Excel, MS-Word) Ability to multi task and should be a self-starter Ability to handle difficult client situations and derive strategic solutions -Proficient computer skills in MS Office Applications. -Strong analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills. -Pro-active attitude -Excellent interpersonal skills -Team player -Effective verbal and listening and written communications skills -Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
