Job Description:-
Handling all Branches in Gujarat and near by Region..
Overall Responsibility of entire Recruitment across these branches.
Main responsibility is managing employee relations:
Visiting Branches & creating close connect with employees.
Have an employee relations agenda and ensure that grievances of staff are attended in a timely manner.
Coordinating the hiring process and recruitment procedure/manpower allocation.
Ensure that staff information for payroll is prepared every month and is sent towards Payroll within the timeline.
Understand the regulations and ensure that all statutory compliances are met with timely remittances and submission of half yearly/yearly returns
