Job Description:
Directs the process & entry of all personnel actions including appointments, promotions, transfers, separations and supervises government relation activities to provide efficient services too all concerned parties.
Must have good communication skill, good relationship with manpower ,Employees and Must be familiar with Oman Law.
To provide consultative advice to managers and staff on a wide range of HR matters including discipline/grievance and performance management.
Ensure compliance with the annual appraisal review: that all staff are properly appraised and have proper objectives / KPI's.
Ensure annual manpower budgeting exercise is conducted accurately and efficiently across all departments .
To ensure compliance with local law and company policy throughout the employee lifecycle (from contract of employment to departure processes).
