Job Title / Designation:HR Manager

Job Description:

1. Good exposure on Recruitment, Induction HR activities, employee engagement exit formalities.
2. Provide analytical and well documented reports to the rest of the team
3. You should possess excellent analytical, administrative social and communicative skills and be a team player.
4. Able to understand a business operation and its finer points well
5. PC literacy (MS Office, in particular)
6. Excellent organizational & administrative skills, strong communications skills.

Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required:2-5 years.

Annual CTC:Rs 3.50 to 4.20 Lacs per annum.

Minimum Education Requirements: Graduation, MBA Preferred.

No of rounds of Interviews:3 (telephone, personal and partner round).

Work Timings / Working Days:On Mondays to Fridays – 9:00 am to 6:00 pm; On Saturdays - 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
