6. Establish and ensure seamless HR operations to implement process improvements and new initiatives as relevant.
7. Maintaining and managing Statutory Compliance (PF, ESI, Labor Welfare)
8.Leading & Aligning HR Team to the organization.
9. Contribute to the evaluation and development of HR strategy
10.Experience in Retaining & Attrition management
11.Designing & Implementing Employee Engagement Activities across the Organization.
12. Have the capability to lead HR function on the whole in long term.
13. Conceptualize, design and implement Performance Management System that
would enable people to deliver to their optimum.
14. Identify high-performers in the business and map out a program to manage, motivate and retain them.
