DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible to conduct the recruitment process for staff – head of department in the unit.

2. Responsible to conduct the screening process for first interview and initial screening of suitable candidates (Supervisory or below level) for further

interview with concerned department.

3. Responsible to ensure that accurate time keeping done by maintaining records of staff attendance, on a daily basis of all on rolls & outsourced /

contract employees.

4. Responsible to ensure staff discipline and necessary action against misbehaving staff, supervision of staff attitude and attire, etc.

5. Responsible to compile statistics, reports, survey and other MIS reports daily or monthly.

6. Responsible to follow up on probation, training, confirmation, etc., and complete the documentation for the same, to be handed over to employees on the

due date, and not later.

7. Responsible to conduct routine checks on staff behavior, wearing of nametags, staff I.D. cards, proper attire and taking disciplinary action when

required.

8. Responsible to ensure all statutory compliance are made and met for the multiplex.

9. Responsible to ensure 100% compliance to the rules stipulated by the multiplex are being adhered and notify department heads concerned if necessary.

10. Responsible to conduct exit interview for staff, and coordinate for other exit interviews with the General Manager.

11. Responsible to participate/contribute in organizing and implementing organizational-wise education and training activities.

12. Responsible to make recommendations and contribute ideas in designing training programs for each department, or participate training activities with

General Manager.

13. Responsible to assist with the administrative work.

14. Responsible to conduct orientation and follow up programs to new employees.

15. Responsible to ensure the privacy and confidentiality of personal information to which he has access or for which he is responsible, subject to any

legal requirements and the best interests of the staff.

16. Responsible for all documents or information in relation to the department or the entire operation given to any outsider or any unrelated party in any

way whatsoever will be subject to summary dismissal.

17. Responsible to maintain the minimum required manning in the unit.

18. Responsible to keep the wage cost within the budgeted guide lines keeping the revenue in view.

19. Responsible to collate the training calendar given by the HOD in the unit.

20. Responsible to send the monthly training report on a monthly basis to the corporate office.

21. Responsible to collate and send the monthly manpower report to the corporate office on a monthly basis.

22. Responsible to collate and send the monthly attendance register to compile the salary data.

23. Responsible to compile and send the monthly data for the outsourced data to the vendor.

24. Responsible to follow up for correspondence for health cards and personal data forms on periodic basis.

25. Responsible to keep all personal data forms updated.

26. Responsible to organize safety programs every month.

27. Responsible to maintain a record of all expenditure for training.

28. Responsible to grant leave request.

29. Responsible to keep record of all duty rosters.

30. Responsible to sign the duty rosters on a daily basis before filing them.
