Manage recruitment of various job profiles including sourcing, screening and scheduling interviews & ensure on time closing of all manpower requirement.
Manage training and development, morale motivation, performance appraisal etc.
Responsible for on boarding of new joiners & make them aware of company culture.
People management, employee grievances & employee retention.
Conceptualization & Implementation of Policies, Procedures and Systems across the company in conjunction with the Managing Director.
Managing productivity trackers & Identifying training needs on a timely basis by regular interaction with the Team, co-ordinate for internal & external training programs and making arrangements for the same.
Maintaining personal files of all employees.
Leave and Attendance Management.
Payroll & Statutory Management.
Preparing monthly as well as annual reports & budget planning - attending reviews for the same.
Tracking of employee activities in terms of Confirmation, Appraisal Process, Promotion, Termination and Exit Formalities / Full and Final Settlements.
Addressal of shopper recruitment and grievances & quick resolution.

Good proficiency in Excel and Word.
