Qualification: Graduate degree holder from any good university
Experience: 1-2 years as HR officer, executive or other HR position
Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide counselling on policies and procedures. Monitor adherence to internal policies, invoking disciplinary action when required. Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
2. Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form according to policy and legal requirements.
3. Address issues and questions regarding various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation, payroll etc. from employees and superiors.
