Job Description (in detail):
Digital Product Specialist is responsible for carrying out the online sales of the products and conversion of leads as assigned on time to time basis. He/she will use various ways to sell these products and services by calling, chatting, emailing reach to the target audience. Will also ensure that these customers are made aware about the products, their special offers, discounts, etc.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. To meet and try to surpass the monthly sales target and earn maximum profit margins for the organization
2. To help customers understand the products offerings as per their requirements and respond and resolve all the queries raised by them
3. To assist the Customers during various interactions and make sure that the customer satisfaction is enhanced during the entire purchase and servicing experience
4. Constant efforts on keeping oneself updated with company’s existing and new products offerings, their benefits and features
5. Prepare Sales reports, track and publish Individual and team’s productivity and performance
6. Act as a backup to the Supervisor / Manager whenever required
7. KPIs in the form of Sales Targets / Lead Conversions, Customer Satisfaction, Daily productivity and Quality Scores
Skills and Qualifications
1. A Graduate in any stream with 2 – 4 years of work experience
2. Experience in General Insurance, BFSI, E-Commerce domain in Online Sales / Marketing roles with direct sales targets

CTC Bracket : UPTO 6lkhs
