Monitoring/Assess KRAs of each Team Member Reviewing performance of Team Member Monthly (Written Feedback Necessary) Ensure the Team Members are motivated at all the times and achieve the individual goals. Conduct One on One session with the team members to understand every individual of any challenge and following up on the same. Need to ensure that Team Members maintain discipline on floor, punctuality, sound and healthy relations with each other and keeping a watch on the breaks and absenteeism. Forecast manpower requirement and assess training needs through one on one sessions/skip level meetings, etc. Escalate internal errors to respective Department HOD/SPOCs. Ensures timely communication regarding updates/concerns to the client. Ensure the team is meeting the agreed SL Maintaining service level, talk/wrap time, data and customer satisfaction levels Candidate with some Mobile technical knowledge.
