In this model we are working as a strategic outsourcing
partner with the client who would be training the students, which will be absolutely free of cost
and selected students will be absorbed as Collabera’s employees and will start working on this project.

Interview Location : Hyderabad

Eligible students:

·       
Students from any Bachelor degree. (B.SC All branches, BE/B. Tech all branches and B.A. (English honours ))

·       
Good communication skills

·       
Fresher

·       
Minimum Graduation without any
back logs. (DIPLOMAS
& 12TH PASS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE)

Salary
range will be between 1.8 to 2 LACS P.A.

Note: Training
program will be about 4 - 6 weeks and
students will be paid once they are selected and on-board for the project. The only condition for being shortlisted is that they should be open to join
all the locations - Noida, Chennai, Hyderabad or Bangalore. 3 round of interview will be
conducted by the client during the training period and candidates who clears
all the rounds of the interview will only be hired by Collabera working at the
client location.
