Ensure regular contact and cordial relation with various stakeholders, including local government administration, police officers, labour, media, local villages, etc and take appropriate actions to mitigate risks for the company.
Gather regular updates/knowledge on the progressive IR policies, negotiations and settlements being recommended and applicable to site.
Review and benchmark the internal and external environment to improve the HR/IR policies and initiatives.

Review and modify the various processes listed in ISO and Ensure compliance of MOU and SPL.
Redressal of employees grievances.
Adept at instituting domestic enquiry and conducting disciplinary actions.
Contracts Management - Negotiation with vendor and awarding contract as per companys policies.
Preview and Improve Service Contract Management Process by ensuring Compliance (Labor Laws) & self audits for all service contractors.
Monitoring the performance of vendor and renewal / change of contract.
To identify the skill gaps among the department employees and to ensure proper training (internal/external)is imparted to the operating personnel including contract workers
