Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Follow Standard Operating Procedures laid down for the Front Desk
· Engage with guests on a regular basis and build a relationship with them
· Attend to phone calls and take appointments
· Be conversant with all the therapies and provide information about the same to the guests
· Selling of gift vouchers and memberships to the guests
· Ensure that the cash bill is maintained in a secure manner and maintain accounts for the spa
· Seek feedback from guests about their experience
· Control costs by following laid-down procedures
· Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction
· Maintain high levels of hygiene and cleanliness with the help of the housekeeping staff
· Deliver high quality & personalized service to the guests with the help of the therapists at the spa
· Ensure adherence to all standard operating procedures
· Handle any guest grievances and bring it to the Spa Manager’s notice immediately
· Maintain the reception area in an effective manner
· Maintain inventory of all materials in the spa and ensure there is no pilferage or wastage.
Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required: 0 - 4 years, Freshers welcome
Annual CTC: Rs. 13000 to Rs. 18000 per month (based on experience & quality of candidate)

Minimum Education Requirements: Any graduate, Graduates in Travel & Tourism/Aviation/Hotel Management will be an added advantage

Work Hours: 9 hours a day (Rotational Shifts – 8 am to 5 pm & 12 pm to 9 pm)
Work Days: 6 days a week, Week off one day between Monday – Thursday
