Graphic Designer & Visualiser

Ancor Research Labs is looking for a Graphic Designer & Visualiser,to join our young and innovative team. The Graphic Designer will work to conceptualize, design and execute creatives. Should be a fast conceptual thinker and have experience in a software Company.
• Conceptualize, develop, design and execute-brochures, catalogs, magazines, reports, invitations, print making, illustrator etc.
• Working under the concerned department, design and direct the creative concept with design and technology teams.
• Determine the message the design should portray.
• Create images that identify a product or convey a message.
• Develop graphics and visual or audio images for product illustrations, logo, and website.
• Should be strong in Visualisation.
• Excellent creativity, skills and experience in Designing layouts, brochures, hoardings, leaflets, illustrations, newsletters, video presentation, Company presentation and website,etc
• Design logos, Corporate identity, stationery, calendars, posters, advertisements etc.
• Understand brief from the team, research, visualize and conceptualise accordingly.
• Should be strong in Layout designing and typography.
• Present designs in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to innovate and come up with new and unconventional ideas
• Ability to work independently, balanced with strong collaboration skills
• Knowledge of printing concepts so as to design accordingly.
• Ability to work in a team and follow design guidelines.
Requirements:
o Bachelors degree or equivalent in graphic design or web design from a reputed design school.
o Preferably in marketing Communication.
o 2+ years of experience in graphic design.
o Strong talent for all elements of design, layout.
o Ability to meet deadlines on a daily basis and multitask in a very fast paced environment
o Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat), image, video editing and other graphic and web designing related software like Corel Draw, PhotoShop, Premier, HTML
o Strong time management, communication, and interpersonal skills
o Able to work independently with minimal instruction
o Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
o Web interface design / social media is an added advantage.
o Attach portfolio (max. upto 5 mb) or Online Portfolio is a must. CVs without portfolio might not be considered.
