We are looking for VP – Sales and Marketing who will be an enthusiasts and active sales participant with extra level of curiosity.
In general, the ideal candidates for this role will also be entrepreneurial self-starters who enjoy the challenges ,for this position one should be strategic in approach, motivated to succeed with
excellent communication skills, excellent team management skills
Expertise in following :
Extensive experience in selling and managing corporate sales.
Creation of proposals, Sending Proposals, Order Processing and Payment follow ups.
Able to work closely with the sales team to meet the team targets
Excellent strength in team management.
Planning & formulating strategies
Handling and executing the team
Must be articulate, organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-changing environment and proficient computer skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to motivate and maintain effective working relationships with staff and Clients.
Ability to rely onexperience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Establish key relationships with clients and agencies to ensure maximum exposure and increase revenue
To ensure personal presentation is of the highest standards at all times to project a professional image to clients
Ensure that all communications with customers are handled within the required time frame and to the company standards
Be pro-active in putting forward suggested actions to achieve the Station targets
Able to make team meet sponsorship sales targets for individual events .
Should be responsible enough for generating revenues by himself and by team for channel from multiple segments i.e. retail, SME & corporate clients
Develop a continuous pipeline of leads to generate new business opportunities.
Responsible for Ad sales, AFP, concept sales, client Integration, program sponsorship, business development.
Getting Sponsors for the Company
Identify prospective clients via targeted lead research within an assigned market & corporate.
