• Zero accidents and near miss incidents (Number of Corrective measures taken)
• Zero non confirmative on fire and other legal regulations as per IMS standards
• Zero break down of safety equipments. Maintain defined buffer stock as per ISO standards
• 100% compliance to safety norms at site operations (applicable to all employees)
• Providing safety training as defined to all employees and safety audits and drills.
• Network with legal and statutory bodies to build a positive image for the industry and the organization.
• Achievement of timelines in obtaining legal permissions and clearances from statutory bodies.
• Conduct periodic operational safety audits and ensure and record of corrective action taken.
• Maintain detailed records of safety & legal compliances.
• Maintain and ensure effective and fault free functions of all safety equipments, ensuring nil or zero failure rate of working of the same (safety equipment).
• Prepare emergency and crises management plans and ensure the same are communicated to all concerned and conduct mock drill to ensure effectiveness and implementation during a crisis.
• Coordinate with legal and statutory bodies ensuring meeting EHS objectives
• Monitor control and improve standard operational procedures (IMS)
• Carry out risk mitigation studies to eliminate unforeseen circumstances that may arise.
• Maintain statutory records as per IMS standards and regulatory norms. (CPCB, GPCB, Factory Act, PESO etc…)
• Impart EHS training to all team members and to employees.
• Create a safety culture of continuous learning to develop individual for EHS compliance.
