Hiring for Global Mobility Role: Position - Analyst / Sr Analyst / Consultant / Sr Consultant Experience - 5 to 10 years Location - Noida Job purpose: Managed global mobility and interacted with people globally for their movement. Deliver and manage Global mobility services as a mobility consultant. Experienced professional in managing Global Mobility process and compliance, Data Analytics, Assignee contract management and Tax Reporting lines and interactions: Functionally reports to: Pyramid Lead under SSO HRSS Head Key interactions (internally, externally): IM Team, other Group entities accounting teams, Payroll Team, external vendors Main accountabilities: Responsible for ensuring seamless execution of company's global mobility processes. Preparation of Letter of assignment, COLA calculation, update of assignee details in mobility tools. Invoice validation and entry in ERP application. Liaise with HR leadership and business managers to drive the global mobility agenda. Define & drive robust SLAs and working closely with HR and business leadership. Implement various global mobility policies, processes creating an outstanding employee experience. Managing the relationship with the external provider, tax consultants and internal stakeholders. Create Monthly / Quarterly Analysis and reports for senior business HR leadership Collaborate with Resource Managers, employees, vendors & internal teams to ensure smooth mobility process and tracking the status for every milestone. Managing Support & Compliance - Governance, Risk Policies, Procedures and Compliance Policies Managing mobilization of both inbound and outbound assignees and engage with Finance, HR Operation and travel desk. Additional information: Knowledge, Skills & Attributes A Bachelor degree is required or Masters degree in an HR or Business related field preferred. 5 to 10 years as Global Mobility Specialist experience with focus on SLAs in MNCs. Strong working knowledge of International assignment life cycle. Prior experience of developing mobility processes/policies Ability to multi task and influence and manage multiple stakeholders. Proficient computer skills in MS Office Applications. Strong analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills.
