-Set and execute dealership business plan and departmental objectives.
-Ensuring all technical problems are solved with their root cause analysis in co-ordination with dealership team.
-Ensure all dealership targets are achieved as per plan.
-Responsible for Increase of after sales service and thereby increased customer market share.
-Improve customer satisfaction levels across service touch points-Ensure prompt, polite and efficient contact with potential and existing customers.
-Guide Managers and provide them proper directions.
-Monitoring vital few parameters on a daily basis from Dealer management system, reviewing team on improvement and finalizing action plans on improvement.
